To everyone who used Arc in good faith: I’m genuinely sorry. You didn’t cause this, and I hate that you’re dealing with the consequences.

I underestimated Arc’s growth and what it would take to keep a free service sustainable. I’m running a small business, making mental-health podcasts, and trying to build useful things. I can’t uproot that entire operation or spend months saving up just to bankroll people gaming the system.

Yes. Business invitation requests are reviewed individually. Existing users can still sign in.

Can existing users still sign in with Google?

Yes. Use the Google account with the exact email address already associated with your ArcAI account. Password and magic-link sign-in remain available.

How do new accounts join?

Request an invitation using your business email on a custom domain and complete the security challenge. Requests are reviewed manually; submitting does not grant access.

Does an invitation start a subscription?

No. An invitation approves your request to join; it does not include complimentary usage or start billing. New access requires a paid subscription with your explicit opt-in.
